Workshops
Our workshops offer a whole life educational system combining time-tested ancient wisdom, insight from both experience and science, and instruction in effective mind/body tools. Our courses are led in a conversational way and are designed to teach practical application of tools and wisdom to the challenges and shifting realities of work and life.
These workshops are generally structured in 3-4 hour sessions. We can accommodate groups of up to 40 participants, although smaller groups allow us to connect our teachings with greater depth and specificity. Let’s talk about how we can structure and schedule one or more workshops that will best meet the needs of your team or group.

This workshop will explore the different ways energy (prana) may express itself and how to manage it effectively before it becomes disruptive to our daily lives and relationships. -
